Travel cancellation insurance made easy
At a favourable rate (only 5% of your accommodation sum) we offer you travel cancellation insurance as part of the European Travel Insurance. If you are unable to start your holiday for precisely defined reasons, you will not incur any costs. For more information, please contact our reservations team. You are also welcome to book your travel cancellation insurance directly.
Cancellation Fees:
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
45-30 days before you arrive: 30%
29-14 days before you arrive: 40%
13-7 days before you arrive: 50%
6-4 days before you arrive: 60%
3 days before you arrive: 80%
2 days or less before you arrive or in the event of a no-show: 100%.
Cancellations must always be made in written form.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, all reserved days will be charged at 100%.
- After 6.00 pm on the day of arrival, the reservation loses its validity.
Please inform us if you arrive later. - These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled holiday flats are re-let in whole or in part.

Small Print
- The reservation is only considered binding when both parties have received written confirmation.
- Italian law now dictates that cash may only be accepted in a maximum amount of 4.999 Euro. The hotel bill can be paid on site in cash, by EC card or by bank transfer in advance.

- Departure: For a smooth changeover, the flat should be vacated by 10.00 am.
- The Butterblume, Almrose, Hirzer and Ifinger flats are accessible by lift. The Alpin, Alpin-Tirol, Alpin-Sonnenblume and Alpin-Superior flats do not have a lift.
