Our Alpenhof Lodge lies at the foot of the Hirzer mountain at the entrance to the pristine Passeiertal Valley (Val Passiria in Italian). Situated in one of the lesser frequented valleys in South Tyrol, the Alpenhof Lodge lends itself to an ideal outdoor adventure holiday. With its thick forests, gushing torrents and rivers, waterfalls, Alpine refuges and mountains, the Passeiertal Valley offers many kinds of outdoor activity options.  

We organise weekly outings for our guests, hiking to breath-taking mountain pastures in South Tyrol. During your holidays in the Passeiertal Valley, we can also arrange cycling trips as well as hiking and biking tours. We also offer horseback riding, rock and mountain climbing, canoeing and white-water rafting. Canyoning, abseiling and a paragliding are also available on request. And if you spend a few days at our Hirzerhütte mountain refuge at 2,000 m, you’ll feel like a real “Psairer"!
