Experience weightless in our indoor pool or just meditate in the sauna – your time at our compact but exclusive spa centre is always well-spent. Though it may seem as if you aren’t doing anything, relaxing in the heat opens the mind, allowing thoughts to wander. Leave your mobile phone, watch and jewellery at the reception desk for safekeeping. We’ll take care of your valuables, so you don’t have to worry.

Our sauna area

Our SPA centre has three saunas. Before going into the organic herbal sauna, or Finnish sauna - we recommend that you first warm up in the infrared cabin or Turkish steam bath. In between, take a cold shower, and then go out into the garden for some fresh air. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids! To end off, spend the last few minutes in our relaxation room or in the outdoor jacuzzi/whirlpool.

You’ll be glad to know that the indoor pool at our small Spa in the Passeietal Valley is chemical-free. When you’re immersed in our salt water pool, it feels like you’re at the seaside. Except - you’re in the mountains of South Tyrol! Our “hot” tip: If you’re truly addicted to warm water, then pop over to nearby Meran with its grandiose Meran Thermal Baths. There are no less than 15 pools and umpteen saunas. Watch out you don’t grow fins ;-)
