But if you prefer a more health-oriented breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, natural yogurts and muesli, we’ve got you covered. Whether you choose a sweet or savoury start to your day, our rich breakfast buffet won’t disappoint. Fresh local products in season take pride of place at our Bed & breakfast in Meran and Environs.

Sweet or savoury?

Thanks to our rich breakfast buffet, you’ll be suitably fortified to take on your daily outdoor adventures. Choose from our freshly-baked breads, premium-quality Alpine butter, South Tyrolean Speck bacon, homemade sausages, selection of fresh cheeses (including herb-curd cheese), savoury spreads, Mediterranean specialities, vegetable sticks & various egg platters. On our Alpenhof Sunday brunches, salmon and sparkling wine are served – following our tradition!

You can look forward to homemade jams, Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread, various types of dairy yogurt, fresh fruit, classic muesli and farm-fresh South Tyrolean milk, not to forget homemade oven-baked delights. Various beverages such as fruit juices, a selection of teas, hot or cold chocolate and aromatic coffee are all available.
